Take Your Content Mobile by Developing and Distributing Apps

Mobile Learning

With the rapid rise of smart phones and tablet devices, the way people get information is changing overnight. Last year more people accessed the Web using mobile devices than computers, and the rise of the iPad and Android tablets is accelerating that trend. And much of the content people are using isn't on websites. Instead, it's distributed as apps — software programs purchased and downloaded onto mobile devices that may or may not access the Internet once installed.

To reach this vast mobile audience, you need to learn how to create apps and understand how to distribute them using online sites like the iTunes App Store and the Android Marketplace. For a successful app launch, you need to understand the advantages and limitations of an app distribution strategy for your content.
