Monarch Media Wins Bid to Produce Training Program for the State of Iowa
Monarch Media has been awarded a contract to produce a Web-based tobacco training system for the Iowa Alcoholic Beverage Division, which regulates all state tobacco sales. The program will teach vendors the legal requirements and best practices for avoiding selling tobacco products to minors. Monarch will customize and host a Sakai-based learning management system as the training program’s platform.
