Monarch Media has been named a finalist in the eLearning Global Giveback Competition, co-sponsored by the eLearning Guild and Learning for International NGOs.
We are proud to participate and contribute our skills to make a positive impact on the world! Monarch’s team of designers and programmers completed the project in partnership with Acción. The resulting course includes a high-level of experiential learning that leverages interactive multimedia to reach Acción staff in Africa, India, Latin America, China, and the U.S. It’s a great example of how organizations can coordinate learning for dispersed groups to access anywhere and anytime.
Monarch Media and ETR Associates have received a Small Business Innovative Research Grant from the National Institute on Mental Health (NIMH) to create an online training program for high school health teachers. The eLearning course will be based on the Reducing the Risk, a classroom-based curriculum that has been shown to delay the onset of intercourse and reduce the rate of unprotected sex among high school-age youth. RTRWorks! will provide an innovative scenario-based training that serves schools with a convenient and cost-effective alternative to face-to-face training.
Our commitment to operate in an environmentally responsible way is recognized by the Monterey Bay Area Green Business Program. We actively conserve natural resources and prevent pollution by reducing, reusing, and recycling.
"The RMMYs shine a much-needed spotlight on those providers that have gone beyond 'talking the talk' to actually investing in developing the skills, processes, tools, and metrics to manage relationships effectively." — D. Ertel, RMMY sponsor
